Checking of status

Applicants can log in to the Graduate Admission System to check on their application and admission status online.

Application status

Please refer to the application statuses below and ensure that you have submitted your application successfully within the application period:

Pending online submission
Your application will not be processed, please submit your application before the application deadline.
Submitted Online
Your application has been successfully submitted, pending processing. You should have received an email notification from the GDA system confirming that your application has been submitted.
Physical/ Online application verified
Your application is being processed. You may be contacted via email by the Office of Graduate Programmes and or Departments assessing your application for any outstanding documents within 1-5 weeks after the closing date.

Admission status / outcome

Applicants who had submitted their application successfully may check their admission status/outcome in Mid May (for Aug intakes) / Mid Nov (for Jan intakes). An email notification will be sent to you once the admission outcome is released. Successful candidates will expect to receive the details of the offer by email.

Due to the large number of applicants seeking admission, we are sorry we will not be able to attend to enquiries on the status of applications. Please check the GDA online system and your emails regularly for any updates.

Note: Application fee paid will not be refunded.
