Dear Bioengineering Graduates,
My heartiest congratulations! The hard work you had put in for the last four years have paid off. We, in the Department of Bioengineering are very proud of your achievement. We wish you well and every success in your next endeavor, be it in the industry, hospital, graduate school or medical studies. We hope that your time spent in the Department is fruitful and has prepared you for the future. As you cherish the education you have received, I urge to you to consider contributing as a BiE alumni to the Engineering Student Development Fund. It is an exciting time to embark on your journey as an Engineer given the many important issues that concern Society today such as climate change, rapid urbanisation and the spread of infectious diseases which will require advanced engineering solutions. I am confident that the education and training that we at ECE have endeavoured to provide you has equipped you well to tackle some of these challenges. NUS is a global university that is well recognised throughout the world. As NUS alumni your successes in your professional careers will certainly contribute to further enhance the international standing of your alma mater.
