Partial Financial Assistance:

Partial Financial Assistance for Engineering Students:

The Faculty has limited funds which are generally used to provide partial financial support to engineering undergraduates who have been invited to attend certain types of events (international competitions etc) organized for students. Engineering students can apply for the support but there is no guarantee on securing the funding, i.e., the approval of support depends on student’s financial status, the type of event and other considerations.

The application must be submitted to OUP before the event, and each application will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. Graduating students must apply for any financial assistance during their candidature, and the event must occur by the end of the calendar year of student’s graduation year. Reimbursement for each approved application will only be processed upon student’s submission of supporting documents (registration receipt, entry form, event report, etc) after the completion of the event.

Kindly note that students who receive financial support may be requested to contribute to the Faculty in some ways such as writing articles for Faculty publications, being involved in events organized by the Faculty and etc.
