Special Programmes:

NUS Pre-Medical Track

Background

The NUS Pre-Medical (Pre-Med) track is a newly offered track that provides to a select group of undergraduate students from across all disciplines a unique opportunity to better prepare them for entry to a graduate medical program upon successful completion of their NUS undergraduate degree and the requirements of the NUS Pre-Med Track.

In the Pre-Med track, students have the opportunities to engage in scientific research, clinical and volunteer activities and leadership experiences. The series of courses and experiences that students go through in the Pre-Med Track puts them in good position to receive special consideration for early admission into DUKE-NUS or apply for admission into other graduate medical programmes or graduate programmes in bio-medical fields.

A Joint Committee (JC) comprising members from various NUS Schools/ Faculties will manage the Pre-Med track.
