Registration & Fees:
Due to limited seats, the registration is on first come
first served basis. Please download the application form
here. Prepayment of the fee is required.
At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance
will be given to those that attended at least 75% of
the class.
We will communicate with you via email with
regards to any matter arise from your application to the
foundation modules, hence, please provide us with a
valid or alternative email address.
Only upon full payment of fee, the course materials will
be given at the first lesson. Full payment is to be made
by the closing date of the respective modules.

Foundation Mathematics - 20 November 2009
Discipline Modules - 28 December 2009
Collection of course materials will at the FIRST DAY of
each Module Class.
