The main faculty members will be V/P Luda Kopeikina
and Mr Tan Kim Seng. Mentors will also participate
in presenting materials in the classes. Many classes
will have invited speakers, entrepreneurs and VCs to
share their experiences with students. |

Visiting Professor Luda Kopeikina
Serial Entrepreneur & Senior Business Executive
Luda came
to the US in 1982 from the Soviet Russia with $90 in
her pocket and 40 lbs of luggage. Since then she
became a VP at General Electric by implementing cuts
in business cycles by fifty percent, turned around a
public software company for which she was ranked in
the top twenty CEOs of US high-tech companies, ahead
of Bill Gates, became a serial entrepreneur and then
an angel investor. She is an expert in executive
decision-making, a published author The Right
Decision Every Time and a business speaker. As a
lead catalyst at MIT Deshpande Center, Luda worked
with MIT researchers to commercialize breakthrough
technologies. Using the decision-making methodology
from her book that is based on her research into
neuroscience at MIT Sloan she also works with CEOs
and their teams helping them find and execute new
growth paths. |

Tan Kim Seng
Managing Director, 3V SourceOne Capital
Mr Tan is
a Managing Director and co-founder of 3V SourceOne
Capital Pte Ltd. He brings with him over 20 years of
venture capital management and banking experience in
addition to 5 years of operating experience with the
IT and Electronics industries. He is currently the
Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Venture Capital
and Private Equity Association and has previously
served as the Chairman of Industry Development
Committee. Mr. Tan served as an Executive Director
with UOB Venture Management Pte Ltd until he left
the United Overseas Bank Group in 2000. He was its
Principal Fund Manager responsible for the overall
management of a S$105 million venture capital fund.

Pierre Hennes
Managing Partner, Extream Ventures Pte Ltd
Pierre has
significant experience in Venture Capital and has
been active in new venture creation across Asia
since 2003. He is a member of the Singapore
Institute of Directors and currently serves on the
boards of several investment portfolio companies.
Prior to Asia, he worked as an IT consultant to the
financial services industry with Accenture in New
York City. In addition to his role at Extream
Ventures, he is a Partner of Upstream Ventures, a
Singapore-based seed & startup investment firm
launched in 2003. Pierre earned a B.A. with Honors
in International Relations from Boston University,
and an MBA from New York University's Stern School
of Business. He also studied at the Hochschule St.
Gallen in St. Gallen, Switzerland as part of NYU’s
International Management Program.
