In conjunction with the conference, a one-day tutorial session will be conducted prior to the conference, on Sunday, 20 June 2004.

Tutorial Registration

Time: 9:00 am to 4:45 pm
Registration Rate (Singapore Dollars): SGD 200.00


*Please note that the tutorial sessions will only be conducted when the number of paid participants is more than 15 per tutorial. Registration (with payment) is closed by 15 June 2004. Refunds will be made in the event that the tutorial sessions are cancelled. Any refunds will only be made after the conference.

Neither the organizer nor its employees or its appointed PCO shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.

Payment via Credit Card:

Payment via Cheque/Bank Draft:

  1. Please make cheque payable to: “Hydroinformatics Society (Singapore)”.
  2. Kindly indicate your name, contact number and “HIC 2004” at the back of your cheque.

Cancellation Policy

  1. A 50% refund will only be made for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 1st April 2004.
  2. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 1st April 2004.
  3. Any refunds will only be made after the conference.
  4. Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.
