The registration desk is located on Level 3, just outside the Theatre. The counter will be opened during the following hours:
Monday, 21 st June 07:30 – 12:00 hrs
Tuesday, 22 nd June 08:00 – 12:00 hrs
Wednesday, 23 rd June 08:00 – 12:00 hrsFor assistance beyond the above hours, please proceed to the Secretariat Room (Room 310, Level 3)
Name badges, original receipts, programme book and conference bags will be distributed at the Registration Counter. After Registration, please proceed to the Secretariat Room (Room 310) to collect a set of the conference proceedings.
Full-paying delegates/students would be entitled to the following:

- Conference Kit (which includes a conference bag, one set of printed proceedings and one set of CD-ROM proceedings)
All oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes with 5 minutes Q & A. We would appreciate if all presenters can adhere strictly to this time limit.
Presentations must be carried out using either Microsoft PowerPoint OR overhead projectors. No slide projector will be made available in the rooms.
For speakers using Microsoft PowerPoint, they should bring their files on a CD ROM or thumb-drive and upload their file in the room that they are presenting from 08:00 – 09:00 hrs daily, during the daily teabreak sessions and lunches. There will be an assistant in each room to help with the uploading.
Presenters can check their presentation slides at the Conference Secretariat Room (Room 310, Level 3).

1 Empress Place, Singapore 179555Dress Code Casual The conference banquet will be held at the Asian Civilisation Museum, the first museum in the region to present a broad yet integrated perspective of pan-Asian cultures and civilisations. The museum is about 15-minutes walk from the conference venue. No transport will be provided. Directions to the museum will be provided in the conference materials.
A guided tour of the museum will commence at 18:00 hrs. This would be followed by pre-dinner cocktail. Dinner will commence at 19:30 hrs.
Additional dinner tickets can be purchased at SGD 80.00 per person. ONLY CASH payments are acceptable on site for the purchase of additional dinner tickets.
