Conference delegates would be entitled to the following:

 

-                      All conference sessions unless indicated

-                      Daily lunches

-                      Daily tea break sessions

-                      Welcome reception

-                      Gala dinner banquet

-                      Conference proceedings

 

 

Please note that each registration payment entitles you to a MAXIMUM of THREE paper oral presentations at the conference. Each additional presentation must be accompanied by a registration payment.

For registration, please download the registration form, complete it and fax/send it to the secretariat.

Payment Details

Payment via Credit Card:
1. Only Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards are acceptable.
2. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "Lotus Travel Pte Ltd".
3. If you are using another person's credit card for payment, please download the credit card authorisation form complete it and fax it to the conference secretariat at (65) 6295 5792. Kindly indicate your name and ID on the fax.

Payment via Cheque/Bank Draft:
1. Please make cheque payable to: “Hydroinformatics Society (Singapore)”.
2. Kindly indicate your name, contact number and “HIC 2004” at the back of your cheque.

Cancellation Policy
1. A 50% refund will only be made for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 1st April 2004.
2. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 1st April 2004.
3. Any refunds will only be made after the conference.
4. Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.
