Accommodation

Singapore offers a diverse range of accommodation, featuring first class hotels with excellent quality and service to budget hotels for the discerning delegate. On the whole, the standard of hotels in Singapore is outstanding. There are 3 categories of hotels proposed for our delegates:

Official Hotel

We have selected the Pan Pacific Hotel as our official hotel.

The tallest and largest hotel in Marina Square, the Pan Pacific Singapore is 37-storey high and with 794 rooms. A choice of excellently equipped rooms of varying sizes is available for conferences and exhibitions, with the largest room seating 1,000 delegates. A wide variety of audio-visual and technical equipment six-language simultaneous interpretation facilities, microcomputers, video desks and facsimile transmission – are available to ensure a highly rewarding convention and exhibition experience.

The official conference package is S$ 200.00 nett (Single/Twin) per room night with breakfast

Supporting Hotels

The supporting hotels are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance of the conference venue situated at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. These hotels include the Marina Mandarin Hotel, the Carlton Hotel and the Swissotel Stamford.

Within walking distance of these hotels are some of Singapore's most popular tourist attractions - Chijmes, Singapore Art Museum, the Esplanade, Merlion Park, National Museum, Little India, Sultan Mosque, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. The Singapore Changi Airport is just 30 minutes from these hotels by car.

Budget Hotels

Budget hotels in Singapore are both clean and comfortable. The budget hotel provides basic amenities that a delegate needs. This includes television, attached bathroom facilities, coffee making facilities and nearby restaurants.

To reserve your hotel accommodation, please download the Hotel Booking Form. Kindly complete and fax it back to the conference secretariat at (65) 6 295 5792.

Neither the organizer nor its employees or its appointed PCO shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the hotel booking form.

Payment Details

1. Payment for hotel accommodation can only be made via credit card.
2. Reservations will only be confirmed upon payment.
3. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "Lotus Travel Pte Ltd".

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 1st June 2004.
2. Refunds, if any, will be made after the conference and is subjected to the forfeiture of the charge for one room night (rate based on the room rate of the hotel you have selected).
3. Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizing.
