Professional Certificate Programme in Civil Infrastructure

The Professional Certificate Programme aims at providing further knowledge in Civil Infrastructure for our former B.Eng. (Environmental Engineering) graduates to be recognized by Professional Engineers (PE) Board to qualify for the Professional Engineering (Civil) registration. The programme will diversify the focus of and further enhance the capability of our former B.Eng. (Environmental Engineering) graduates who aspire to become a PEng (Civil). This will also help Singapore to meet the high manpower demand in the infrastructure development and the building and construction industry.

The programme will be open to B.Eng (Environmental Engineering) degree holders or equivalent. NUS BEng (Environmental Engineering) graduates (for graduates from 2008 onwards), who also successfully complete a Certificate in Civil Infrastructure, will qualify for registration as PE in Civil Engineering. Application period is scheduled to start in January 2018, administered by School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE)

Maximum period of candidature is 4 years.

Former B.Eng. (Environmental Engineering) graduates who did not read the following modules during their undergraduate study. They are required to take and pass these modules:
