Shima Najafi Nobar and Mona Khalighi win Best Poster Awards at the 5th PBAST Conference

Graduate students Shima Najafi Nobar and Mona Khalighi won the 2nd and 3rd Best Poster Awards respectively at the recently concluded 5th Pacific Basin Conference on Adsorption Science and Technology held in Singapore between 25-27 May 2009.

Shima Najafi Nobar’s poster was titled “Adsorption and Diffusion of Gases in Cu-BTC”. Her work on this topic was supervised by Prof. Farooq.

Mona Khalighi’s poster on “Propane/Propylene Separation by PSA on SiCHA” was jointly supervised by Prof. Farooq and Prof. Karimi.
